Coconut Avocado Lime Popsicles

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if too thick.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for five to six hours or until completely frozen
  • 2/3 cup Plain Coconut Milk (from a carton)
  • 1/2 Avocado (medium, pitted)
  • 1/4 cup Cashews (raw, soaked for at least one hour, rinsed)
  • 1 Lime (large, juiced)
  • 1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach

Keep frozen popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.

Serving Size

One serving is one popsicle.

No Monk Fruit Sweetener

Use other sweetener of choice.
