  • 1 cup of oatmeal, cooked
  • 1 peach, diced
  • Fresh grated ginger, to taste
  • 1/2 tbs of chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbs of hemp seeds
  • 1 tbs pecans
  • Splash of soy milk
  • Dash of vanilla extract


After cooking up your oats your preferred way, top it with the rest of the toppings for a healthful boost!
