The body is a complex, integrated system, and so are our lives. My job is to meet you wherever you are on your wellness journey. From there, we’ll use a personalized approach to create healthy changes to last a lifetime.

Miranda focuses on nutrient-dense whole foods. She loves to help people achieve a healthy lifestyle through behavioral change and avoidance of processed foods. Miranda is an expert in helping people reverse, manage and prevent chronic disease. She especially enjoys helping people resolve difficult and frustrating health concerns.
Miranda holds a Masters Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bastyr University. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Public Health from the University of Washington.
Miranda is most often found outdoors smiling and laughing with friends and family. She loves drinking wine with her girlfriends, listening to music and creating recipes. She also enjoys running, biking and exploring the PNW. In her downtime, she studies the latest nutrition research from her favorite dietitians.
