Hello! My name is Zella and I am one of the dietitians here at Sensibly Sprouted.
Are you frustrated by choice overload? Do you need help sorting through what’s true and what’s not? Every day we get bombarded by how to eat, what to eat, and what’s considered “healthy” nutrition. I’ll help you strip it all down to the basics, figure out where you want to go and then help you get there.
My goal for you is to help you feel your best — day in and day out. Food can seem like it’s taking over your life. With all the choices about what to eat, how much and how to prepare it — listening to your body’s natural cues takes focus. I want you to enjoy food again so you can enhance the amazing lifestyle you’re already living.

Zella enjoys working with families, children, and new mothers. She also has a passion for helping people lose weight and improving their relationship with food.
Zella holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Central Washington University. She has a minor in Event Management.
Zella loves running, walking her dog, and dancing around the house to music. In her down time, she loves relaxing on the couch with a cup of coffee and watching crime shows on Netflix. She also enjoys having an ice cold beer with friends at dog friendly breweries.
