Savannah J Glasgow, MS RDN CD

I want to help you figure out how to eat in a way that is healthy for you, and that’s going to look a little different for everyone. A good nutrition plan should add value to your life, not take center stage. I use principles of growth mindset and the power of “yet” (“I don’t know how to… yet!”) to help guide you in your health journey.

Together, we will highlight your wins, break down your challenges, and celebrate your growth! I believe there is no “one right way” to eat, and I enjoy working collaboratively with my patients to find the nutrition pattern that works best for you.

Expertise

Savannah loves helping athletes fuel their goals to feel their best both in sport and in everyday life. In addition to performance nutrition, she also enjoys helping people learn skills to manage weight (i.e. weight loss, weight gain, and weight maintenance), improve their health markers like blood sugar or blood pressure, and improve their overall relationship with food.

Professional Qualifications

Savannah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA, then earned a post-baccalaureate Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition and a Masters of Science in Nutrition from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA.

Personal Interests

Savannah and her husband Tim moved back to Bellingham to be closer to nature and outdoor activities. She spends her free time staying active with trail running, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, and weight lifting. She loves EDM and dancing for hours at summer music festivals. To relax, she likes to cook, watch documentaries, take care of her many houseplants, and read.
