Hi! I’m Nava, a Sensibly Sprouted dietitian. In a world where we have unlimited access to overwhelming and confusing information about health, it can be challenging to know where to start. The foods we enjoy, our relationships with them, and how our bodies respond are so individualized that our approach has to be too! Together, we will learn and take into account your specific variables.

Nava is passionate about integrative nutrition, chronic disease prevention and management, gut health, and reducing inflammation. She’s excited to assist clients in looking at their various symptoms and getting to the source of their health concerns.
Nava graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University. In addition to her work with community health centers and outpatient clinics, she has also taught nutrition education and cooking classes to children and adults.
Nava loves being outdoors (particularly out on the water!), crafting, dancing, cooking, and eating tasty food. She loves exploring the nature, music, and food scene the PNW has to offer. Nava has also been trying new hobbies, such as new instruments and gardening – with questionable success.
