Kylie is deeply passionate about health and nutrition, with a particular focus on gastrointestinal issues and the detection of food intolerances or allergies. Her expertise also encompasses sports nutrition, where she promotes physical activity and supports individuals on their weight loss journeys. Kylie’s strategies emphasize the importance of whole foods and customized wellness plans, designed to help clients reach their objectives efficiently and sustainably.

Professional Qualifications

Kylie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, graduating cum laude from Washington State University in 2022. She continued her education at the same institution, earning a Master of Science in the Coordinated Program in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Exercise Physiology, also graduating cum laude. She is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Exercise Physiologist.

Personal Interests

Staying active is a vital part of Kylie’s life, whether she’s lifting weights, playing soccer, or hiking. She loves spending time outdoors, walking her mini Aussie, Harper, or boating around the San Juan Islands and Lake Whatcom. On quieter, rainy days, she enjoys unwinding with a good book and cuddling with her two cats, Riggins and Rainer. Kylie and her fiancé also cherish their time in the kitchen, where they explore new recipes and flavors. These activities enrich her life and fuel her passion for nutrition and wellness.
