My journey in dietetics is fueled by a deep belief that we all have our unique experiences with food, and there is no one-size-fits-all “diet.” I’m passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their health goals and challenges. Together, we’ll dig deep to unearth the root causes of your issues and find sustainable solutions that empower you to thrive.

Kali is specialized in women’s health, gastrointestinal issues, cardiovascular health, and intuitive eating. Her approach is deeply holistic, focusing on whole foods first, and incorporates mindfulness techniques, stress reduction, quality sleep practices, and enjoyable movement. Kali’s non-diet approach and dedication to helping clients nurture a positive relationship with food are central to her methodology.

Professional Qualifications

Kali’s academic and professional journey is distinguished by her Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bastyr University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a Health and Fitness emphasis from Western Washington University. Further honing her expertise, she earned a Certificate of Training from the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. Throughout her career, Kali has contributed her skills across a spectrum of settings, including long-term care and rehabilitation facilities, community health programs, worksite wellness companies, community health clinics, and even teaching cooking classes, demonstrating a versatile and impactful approach to dietetics.

Personal Interests

Kali’s life outside dietetics is rich and vibrant. She thrives outdoors, whether skiing, biking, hiking, rock climbing, or canoeing in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Family walks in search of fairy houses with her daughter are a cherished activity. Her green thumb is evident in her pumpkin patch, vegetable and wildflower garden, and beekeeping endeavors. Kali also enjoys baking, cooking, knitting, reading, and playing the piano.
