Hannah E Rimes, RDN CD

Hello! My name is Hannah and I am part of our dietitian team here at Sensibly Sprouted. In my dietitian career I have worked with a wide spectrum of patients – from infants to centenarians – which has given me a unique perspective on the power of nutrition across the lifespan.

No matter who I work with or what their motivation to change their diet and lifestyle is, I believe in meeting people where they are and building on their inherent strengths. Everyone is capable of making small, sustainable steps towards their goals, and I am here to cheer them on along the way!

We all know nutrition is important, but we also know it’s not simple. We often hear countless conflicting messages about what to eat and what to avoid, we may have unique health conditions to consider, and on top of that we have families, jobs, school, and social lives to juggle, all while trying to get enough sleep and manage our stress. Where does food fit into that? That’s where I come in!

I’m here to provide you with the support and guidance you need to meet your specific goals. Whether it’s addressing health concerns, tackling weight goals, dealing with unique dietary needs, or all of the above, I’ve got your back! And trust me, I get it – life gets busy, and the thought of diving into the world of nutrition might feel overwhelming. That’s why I’m all about starting with manageable, sustainable changes that work for YOU. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here! I want to know all about your background, lifestyle, and preferences so that I can create a personalized nutrition plan that fits like a glove. My mission is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to keep rocking your goals!
