Serena is an expert in plant based nutrition, and is open to meeting clients where they are at. She has a passion for helping others expand their palates and minds through trying new foods and recipes. She uses a non-diet approach when working with individuals. She expands her nutrition expertise by following organizations such as the National Health Association, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, and the Vegetarian Resource Group.
Serena holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science and Nutrition, with a specialization in Dietetics from Central Washington University. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and Certified Dietitian with the Washington State Department of Health.
Serena enjoys spending time with friends outdoors. She can often be found mountain biking, going to the pump track, trail running, or just going for a nature walk. She also enjoys listening to audiobooks, trying out new recipes, and exploring minimalism.
