Angelina Andriola, RDN CD

Hello, I’m Angelina, a Registered Dietitian at Sensibly Sprouted. I’m passionate about creating a supportive environment for my patients and helping them achieve meaningful and sustainable changes in their lives. Whether you’re looking to balance your hormones, manage mental health conditions, or address other health concerns, I’m here to walk you through every step of the way.

Angelina specializes in women’s health, mental health, and working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. With her extensive training and experience in integrative health, Angelina is an expert in addressing the root cause of health conditions using whole foods as the first line of treatment. She also focuses on helping patients achieve holistic wellness by combining nutrition with joyful movement, restorative sleep practices, and stress reduction techniques. Angelina has a talent for identifying foods that patients can add to their diet, rather than just subtracting, and she is skilled at incorporating cultural food preferences into meal planning. She is especially passionate about treating health conditions that may not be addressed by other healthcare practitioners.

Professional Qualifications

Angelina graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition. She completed her internship at Bastyr University, where she specialized in integrative health addressing the mind, body, and spirit. Angelina has worked at Women Infants and Children (WIC), where she worked with pregnant and breastfeeding moms and children.

Personal Interests

As a self-proclaimed hippie, Angelina enjoys yoga, meditation, spending time in nature, hiking, and thrift store shopping. She is also a foodie at heart and loves trying new foods, especially in her hometown of Seattle, where she can often be found ordering tacos from food trucks.
