Alexis B Villaret, MS RDN CD

I believe it’s crucial to break free from the binge-restrict cycle, which is often associated with restrictive diets that negatively impact self-esteem and can drive one crazy. That’s why I am passionate about helping you develop small, intentional changes that lead to sustainable, long-term habits without relying on restrictive diets.

Healthy habits can significantly simplify your life by putting you on autopilot so that you can have the freedom to enjoy doing what you love without worrying about your diet.

Expertise

I specialize in developing sustainable lifestyle habits through intentional and gradual changes. I am also well-versed in addressing a variety of concerns, including prediabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, ulcerative colitis, brain health, anti-aging, autoimmune conditions, IBS, PCOS, and fertility.

Professional Qualifications

Alexis graduated magna cum laude from the University of Western States, specializing in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics.

Personal Interests

In my free time, I love joining my friends for group fitness classes, salsa dancing, bowling, walking or riding my bike on the Green Belt in Boise, spending time with my family, and hanging out with my furry rescues, Maddy and Aspynn.
