Food is a powerful link between cultures, families and experiences. My love of food is actually what led me to become a dietitian. I’m aware that not everyone looks at eating with the same excitement as I do. For some, eating can be frustrating. Which is where I come in!
In addition to helping you achieve your goals, I will help you to reconnect with your passion for food. Together, we’ll rewrite your food history and start a new path where you’ll learn the foods that energize, satisfy and give you the quality of life you deserve!

Alex has a passion for whole foods nutrition, helping people lose weight (for good!), and reversing chronic diseases. Alex is an expert in clinical nutrition, motivational coaching, Type 2 Diabetes, and performance nutrition for backpackers.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Alex is an avid hiker and photographer.
