We’re in the second week of the New Year and I hope you’re still going strong with those resolutions!
But this year, I decided that I wanted to do more than simply wish you luck with making those goals long-lasting and actually come alongside to support you!
So, I decided to join forces with my close friend and mindset coach, Amandolin Webb and bring you the New Year, New You Challenge. Amandolin and I believe that there are 5 main pieces of the goal-setting puzzle, and once you have those down, you will be unstoppable.
Each week, for the next 5 weeks we will discuss each goal-setting topic during a Facebook Live Session where you can reach out and interact with us as we create a solid foundation for your resolutions. Also, you will be receiving worksheets where you have the chance to put pen to paper, and really give life to your goals, and each topic we discuss.
Below is a breakdown of what you can expect from us each week:
Week 1: S.M.A.R.T. Goals
Here we discuss the importance of creating goals that lead to lasting results. This week we are talking about the need to craft goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timely.
Week 2: Mindset
So now we have our goals in order, but do we have the mindset to get us there? For this week we are working out our mindset muscles, and making sure we have the mental and emotional ability to hit those S.M.A.R.T. goals from week 1.
Week 3: Nutrition
In order for us to give each day our all, we need the proper fuel. Hitting your goals will be so much more difficult if you are feeling groggy and low on energy. This week we are talking all about how to make sure you give your body what it needs to thrive, and in turn, give you the results you are looking for in 2018.
Week 4: Self-Care
Often we try to give to others and really overextend ourselves, time and time again. We need to make sure that we taking care of ourselves, and giving ourselves what we need to feel refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed to achieve goal-hitting success!
Week 5: Celebration
Let’s make sure that everything isn’t just all work and no play. This week is all about understanding each lesson learned during the last month and walking away with newfound knowledge about yourself and your process. Here we will reflect, look back, and congratulate ourselves.
